During your physio session you will have an indepth assessment which will formulate your diagnosis & treatment. We offer both Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Women's Pelvic Health Physio.

MSK Physio
£65 - 1 hour initial assessment
(£40 - 30 minutes follow up)
Suffering from a musculoskeletal issue like back, shoulder, neck, hip or knee pain then physio can help ease pain and regain movement and function. A thorough initial assessment helps to guide your treatment options and get you working towards achieving your full rehab potential. This appointment is suitable for both men & women.
Specialist Women's Health
£85 - 1 hour initial assessment
(£65 - 30 minutes follow up)
We can help you with pelvic health complaints. This includes Bladder Incontinence, Prolapse, Urinary Urgency, Pelvic Pain, Menopause, difficulty emptying your Bowels, Fecal incontinence and Urgency, post op Gynae Surgery, Pelvic Girdle Pain & Diastasis.
Following your initial assessment you will get a detailed email summarising your individual treatment plan.
Post Partum Package
£200 - 1 hour initial assessment (2 x 30 minutes follow up)
6 weeks post the birth of your baby it is recommended that you have a check up with a pelvic health specialist, even if you have no symptoms. This package offers you a detailed post partum check of your posture, breathing, abdominal separation (Diastasis), pelvic floor and any musculoskeletal issues developed along the way. A bespoke treatment plan is then emailed to you with x 2 follow up appointments to review getting back to exercise and beyond safely.
Motherhood Package
£400 - 2 x 1 hour initial assessment
(4 x 30 minutes follow up)
Suitable for pre & post birth
This package allow you to address any pelvic health concerns prior to giving birth and post. This includes perineum massage and birth prep plus a full post partum check. Taking care of your body through pregnancy and beyond is vital as your body tranisitions through each stage. Expert assessment and advice following the most up to date research with you at the centre.
