We offer group classes, rehabilitation, 1:1 sessions, duet's & private group sessions too. 

 

Alongside Pilates, we provide comprehensive Physiotherapy and Pelvic Health services, taking a holistic approach to your health journey. Our experienced physiotherapists work closely with you to address a wide range of concerns, from musculoskeletal conditions to pelvic floor health, helping you regain comfort, confidence, and control in your body. All Physiotherapist's are HCPC & CSP registered.
